Jamie Pidgley
Jamie Pidgley started building companies in the New Forest — and hasn’t stopped since.
His first ventures were built in Hampshire, working in technology and telecommunications during a period when many businesses were still figuring out what the internet meant for how they communicated. Jamie was one of the people helping them work it out.
Those early years taught him something important: that the fundamentals of building a good business don’t change. Right product, right team, right economics. Everything else — strategy, growth, scale — follows from getting those three things correct.
With Boreal Group, Jamie has taken that experience and applied it to building a portfolio of companies that can support and strengthen each other. Based in Leeds, the group is in an active phase of growth — and Jamie continues to operate hands-on across every business in the portfolio.
